Credits are prepaid, non-transferable units for MLO Finder services only. They are not a gift card, legal tender, or redeemable for cash. Purchased credits expire 24 months after purchase. There are no dormancy or inactivity fees. Cash refunds are available only for qualifying service outages or where required by law. To request a qualifying refund, contact support.
Purchased credits expire 24 months after purchase, carry no dormancy fee, and are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Billing and policy details
Prices are tax-exclusive base prices in U.S. dollars. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and adds applicable tax at checkout.
