MLO Finder does not warrant or make representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of profile materials, review snapshots, license identifiers, or linked third-party sources. Directory data may be cached or aggregated from public sources and may not be real-time accurate. Confirm current licensure with the appropriate state regulator before engaging any mortgage professional. Submit corrections through our Contact page — they feed the freshness loop.

In no event shall MLO Finder or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the website.
